This layer turns the mission into verifiable research questions. A research line does not publish automatic accusations; it groups facts, signals, hypotheses and possible conclusions with source, method and limitation.

Each layer stays separate: facts are directly checkable, signals point to possible relevance, hypotheses need more evidence, and conclusions should appear only when the underlying sources are strong enough.
